About the Roles

We are establishing a new Parkerville Allied Health Service and are recruiting for three permanent new positions within our growing team:

• Speech Therapist – part time

• Psychologist – part time/full time

• Occupational Therapist – part time

These roles will deliver evidence-based support to children and young people (0–18) impacted by trauma, mental health challenges, and developmental needs. This is a unique opportunity to expand your impact beyond disability and grow your expertise in the mental health space. Training in protective behavuours and trauma informed care can be provided as part of this role.

This new, purpose-driven service has been created to remove barriers to care, including long waitlists, a shortage of specialist providers, and limited flexibility in service delivery. As early team members, you'll bring your expertise while helping to shape a culture of support, collaboration, and learning.
