Big Ant Studios are looking for a highly talented and motivated Support/Community Manager to play a key role in the studio.
Join us in making some of consoles and PCs biggest sports titles from our centrally located Melbourne studio.
Work with the production and QA teams to create community engagement and provide technical support to our users all around the world. Your role will be critical in building and maintaining a vibrant online community while listening to and passing the concerns of the community back to the team.
The core areas of focus for this role are:
- Responding to queries, complaints, support tickets and customer reviews on digital platforms such as Steam.
- Streamlining and updating the support site to increase productivity.
- Contributing to the creation of social media content and PR releases.
- Reviewing/updating online community guidelines on company/game forums.
- Work together with the Live Operations team to identify and communicate areas of our titles that are the most talked about.
- Building relationships with local influencers and journalists.
- Writing news releases and other communication materials to announce event details and launch a new product.
- Fostering a positive environment, encouraging active participation and interaction.
We are looking for someone with:
- Technical Support background
- Community engagement experience
- Strong understanding of online community platforms, social media tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.
With extra consideration given to:
- Experience with web coding, specifically around HTML and CSS.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing and SEO practices.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
