Nicoletta Pty Ltd (Jadore) is one of Australia's premiere fashion wholesalers for special occasion/formal gowns and dresses.

Established in Australia in 2011, we are a well established company with stock lists located worldwide. Our labels are marketed towards all women, no matter your style, size or shape. Our Nicoletta, Jadore and Les Demoiselle Collection designs ensure that no matter what your occasion, you will be looking and feeling your best. We range a vast array of styles, feminine and sophisticated, classy and sexy, modern and traditional plus so much more covering all special occasion categories: formal / bridesmaids / soft bridal / red carpet / pageant and mother of the bride/groom.

We are expanding both locally and internationally and we are currently looking for a casual/part time Sales coordinator (minimum 4 days per week) to continue to provide our customers with the highest level of service in our showroom via phone and email, as well as introducing Nicoletta into new boutiques within nominated territories.

We are seeking someone who is hard working, committed, passionate, capable, honest and is an all-rounder that is willing to learn and who possesses the drive to achieve results.

There is the potential for the right candidate to become a full-time permanent member located at our Sydney Showroom based in St Peters NSW.

About the role

Managing customer accounts and building relationships with regular buyers

Face to face customer service in the showroom, selling full range of styles and presenting indent ranges

Responding to emails and answering phone calls, following up on orders

Maximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling

Achieving set weekly/annual KPI's

Providing feedback to management and design teams on bestsellers and consumer feedback

Merchandising the showroom

Producing sales reports and participating in team meetings

Processing orders, invoices and payments

Processing dispatch of orders for local and international stock list

Requirements

Experience in XERO and Mailchimp systems preferred but not essential

Experience in office suite

Be able to provide an exceptional level of customer service

You must have impeccable organisational skills and the ability to follow through / follow up on all enquiries, queries and requests

Ability to multitask and be an all-rounder

Proven sales experience

Be self- motivated, positive and enthusiastic

Excellent communication skills

Drive and commitment to achieve sales targets

Have the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers

Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills

Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude

Able to work independently

Fashion sales experience and graphic design experience is preferred but not essential.
