Home Care Employee – Casual & Part-Time Opportunities

Holistic In-Home Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Employees to join our growing team. We provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
This role is ideal for new graduates, those new to the industry, or experienced support workers seeking smaller hours to begin with, with the potential to build towards a more stable part-time position.
What You'll Do:
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Provide transport support for appointments, shopping, and outings
Support clients with social engagement and companionship
Deliver care with patience, empathy, and respect
Shifts are typically shorter in length, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible work arrangements.

Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy individuals
A compassionate and patient approach to care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferably with background in Dementia Care
Requirements:
Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check
First Aid & CPR Certification
Industry-Specific Certificate (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Support)
A genuine passion for providing high-quality home care
