About the Role

We are seeking two Automotive Service Advisors to join our high-performing teams in Springwood and Mount Gravatt, representing market-leading brands in our busy multi-franchise dealerships. As a critical part of our service team, you will embody Keema's philosophy: delivering an outstanding ownership experience through expert advice and caring, ongoing service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering world-class customer service by keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle's service and repair journey.

  • Acting as the key liaison between the service department and customers, ensuring a seamless, professional experience.

  • Preparing accurate service estimates, processing repair orders, and coordinating with workshop teams to meet service timelines.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.

  • Experienced in automotive service advising or a similar customer service role (highly regarded but not essential).

  • A strong communicator, able to liaise effectively with customers and team members.

  • Proficient in using automotive service software and computer systems.

  • Knowledgeable about automotive repair and maintenance processes.

  • Solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
