About the Role

As a Senior Gardener at Bizzy Mowing Pty Ltd, you'll:

• Work on residential, commercial, and government properties as part of a motivated team.
• Perform tasks such as hedging, edging, mowing, garden care, and fertilizing programs.
• Tackle exciting projects like soft and hard landscaping and irrigation systems.
• Gain hands-on experience while learning from industry professionals.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who has either:

• Minimum 3+ years of gardening or landscaping experience.
• Can confidently hedge plants (formally) and has intermediate plant knowledge.
• Confident working on ladders, using different hedging tools.
• Is motivated, eager to learn, and has a strong work ethic.
• Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on, outdoor work and has good general knowledge of garden maintenance.
• Holds a current driver's license.
• Is a team player with great communication skills and attention to detail.
• Any certificates in horticulture or similar trades is favorable but not essential.
• Willing to provide references, police check and driving history.

OR:-

• Minimum 3+ years of residential lawn mowing experience working in a similar business capacity.
• Can confidently edge, mow and use commercial mowing equipment unsupervised.
• Has intermediate knowledge of lawn growth, maintenance and turf health upkeep.
• Is motivated, eager to learn, and has a strong work ethic.
• Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on, outdoor work.
• Holds a current driver's license.
• Is a team player with great communication skills and attention to detail.
• Any certificates in Greenkeeping or similar trades is favorable but not essential.
• Willing to provide references, police check and driving history.

As this is a Senior, full time position. Please refrain from applying:
