Job Description: Male Support Worker – Werrington County Area

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable male support worker to join our team under a subcontract arrangement for a male NDIS participant based in Werrington County and surrounding suburbs (if required).

Schedule:

Anywhere from morning – evening as required (this is only a range).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing community access and support
  • Assisting with in-home, domestic activities
  • Supporting the participant in engaging with the community
  • Ensuring safety, respect, and professionalism during all shifts

Requirements:

  • Able to subcontract using their ABN
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Good English communication skills
  • Minimum phone use during shifts
  • Patient, respectful, and capable of building a long-term, meaningful relationship with the client

Job Types: Part-time, Subcontract

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
