Senior Product Designer, iGaming
We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Product Designer to own the user experience for our new iGaming platform and help us build the most fun crypto entertainment product on the market. This is a hands-on role for a designer who is obsessed with creating intuitive, engaging, and groundbreaking experiences at the intersection of crypto, casino gaming, and sports betting.

This is a rare opportunity to re-envision how traditional gaming industries operate by building novel, crypto-native products from the ground up. You will be responsible for designing brand-new experiences that push the boundaries of user interaction in the Web3 space. You'll bring a deep enthusiasm for crypto, a proven track record of creating best-in-class consumer products, and a passion for the entertainment value of gaming. What You'll Do

• Own the User Experience: Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for our iGaming platform, from initial concepts and user flows to wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final visual specifications.
• Innovate and Execute: Translate complex crypto mechanics and novel gaming concepts into intuitive, delightful, and engaging user experiences for our casino and sports betting products.
• Collaborate and Influence: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and leadership to define product strategy, shape the roadmap, and ensure a cohesive, high-quality user experience.
• Champion the User: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand user needs and advocate for design solutions that address them effectively.
• Elevate the Craft: Contribute to our design system, maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design, and champion a culture of design excellence.
• Solve Complex Problems: Tackle ambiguous challenges and design elegant solutions for brand-new user interactions that have no existing precedent.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design, delivering exceptional consumer-facing products.
• iGaming Passion: A demonstrable passion for and deep understanding of the iGaming space, including online casinos, poker, or sports betting. Professional or extensive personal experience in this area is a huge plus.
• Crypto Enthusiasm: A deep personal passion for and knowledge of the crypto space and Web3 principles is required.
• A Compelling Portfolio: Your portfolio showcases beautiful, modern UI, strong UX thinking, and the ability to simplify complex problems. It clearly demonstrates your design process and the impact of your work.
• A "Builder" Mindset: A proactive, self-starter attitude with a track record of operating with autonomy and thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Expert Craftsmanship: Mastery of Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
• Excellent Communication: The ability to clearly articulate your design decisions, provide thoughtful feedback, and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels.
