Workfast is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Trade Assistant to join our team on commercial solar projects in the Sydney area. This is an ongoing role offering full-time hours, with consistent Monday to Friday work.

  • $38 per hour + penalties + super
  • Ongoing, long-term work for the right candidate
  • Sydney location: you will be travelling around Sydney

Position Details:

  • Assisting qualified electricians with solar panel installations on commercial sites
  • General trade assistant duties including lifting, carrying, setting up, and basic electrical support tasks
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm shifts
  • Ongoing, long-term work for the right candidate
  • Immediate start

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a trade assistant, preferably in electrical or solar
  • Drivers licence (essential)
  • Working at Heights ticket (essential)
  • White Card (highly regarded)
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors on rooftops and elevated areas
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
