Caretaker (Live on Site) (Single or Couple)

We are seeking a live-in caretaker (single or couple) to respond to occasional "after-hours" issues or tasks for our Serviced Apartment Hotel in North Melbourne.
Compensation is in the form of accommodation in a 1-bedroom, furnished apartment with amenities (electricity, water, and internet).
This is a 12-month contract position with an option to extend.
- Couples are encouraged to apply
- Very light/minimal duties
- Ideal for those who have a day job or work remotely or are semi-retired
- Must be friendly and approachable for occasional guest interactions
Important Note; this role is NOT suitable for candidates who intend to rely on government benefits as their main source of income.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Be on call to respond to "out of hours" issues as they arise

- noise complaints
- guest related issues and requests
- take bins out weekly
