The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive Legal Assistant to join a dynamic Insurance team in the Perth office. This role offers the chance to work within a cohesive team, providing vital legal secretarial and administrative support across a diverse range of tasks.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing diaries efficiently and proactively.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for phone and email inquiries, skillfully engaging with clients and scheduling meetings.
  • Producing high-quality correspondence and documents, with meticulous attention to detail in preparation, editing, and formatting.
  • Implementing and maintaining effective file management systems.
  • Communicating professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels, both internal and external.
  • Providing essential general administrative support to ensure smooth team operations.

About You: Skills and Experience

You are an experienced Legal Assistant, highly proficient in technology, including comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Your application will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional formatting abilities, and an unwavering eye for detail. You are comfortable and effective working in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
