Experienced Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator – Full-Time Role

Location: West Gosford, NSW

We are a small, friendly window and door manufacturing company based in West Gosford. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality residential aluminium windows and doors, and we are currently seeking a skilled and self-motivated window and door fabricator to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our business.

About the Role:

We assemble our windows and doors from start to finish – we are not a production line operation. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can lead by example.

Wages will be negotiated based on experience and skill level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication of high-end aluminium windows and doors
  • Limited onsite and service work as required
  • Leading by example and assisting with training and mentoring staff
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting production issues

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Recent, proven experience in the aluminium window and door industry
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Solid problem-solving abilities
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Ability to read measurements and cut accurately
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Physically fit and in good health
  • Reliable, honest, and motivated
