We are excited to present an opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to join our thriving multidisciplinary private practice committed to delivering top-notch, client-focused care for individuals across all age groups.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the chance to work with both adults and children, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on their communication and swallowing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients across various age groups.
  2. Deliver evidence-based therapies and interventions for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  3. Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
  4. Educate clients and their families regarding communication strategies and therapy objectives.
  5. Maintain precise documentation and progress notes in accordance with practice protocols.
  6. Participate in continual professional development and foster a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
  1. A recognised degree in Speech Pathology.
  2. Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (or equivalent).
  3. Experience working with both adults and children is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  5. A commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices.
