What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) – essential.
  • Current teacher registration with ACECQA is required before starting.
  • Montessori qualifications or experience – highly desirable.
  • Passion for the Montessori philosophy and its practical application.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Excellent communication and the ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Current Working with Children Check required before commencing employment.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of early childhood teaching experience is required.
