TORO NERO, a vibrant Italian restaurant in Mona Vale, is looking for an Assistant Manager / Restaurant supervisor to join our team. If you're passionate about hospitality, have strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

About the Role:


• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (e.g., senior waiter, head waiter, assistant manager).


• Enthusiastic, energetic, and well-presented with excellent English communication skills.


• Confident in team leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.


• A strong work ethic with a focus on exceptional customer service—must be able to build genuine relationships with guests.


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.


• Basic cocktail-making skills are a plus, but training can be provided.


• Full training from our current manager will be provided.

Hours & Requirements:


• Restaurant / business opening hours: Monday – Sunday, 4:30 pm – 10:00 pm.


• Part-time/casual hours for Restaurant supervisor, approximately hours per week (set days, 6 nights per week).


• Must be available Friday and Saturday nights. And most public holidays


• RSA required.


• Pay will be discussed during the trial period and will depend on experience and skill level.
