Zero Latency VR Gold Coast is on the hunt for enthusiastic and reliable Game Masters/Front of House to join our team on a casual basis. We're part of the world's largest free-roam VR entertainment network, offering high-tech, fully immersive experiences that are a hit with both locals and tourists. Our venue is locally owned, conveniently located on Smith Street in Southport, and offers free on-site parking.

About the Role

As a Game Master, you'll be the face of the experience,welcoming guests, getting them set up, guiding them through their session, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You'll be trained to operate our advanced VR systems, run escape room-style experiences, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

You don't need prior VR experience, just a passion for people, a strong work ethic, and the confidence to lead a group through a fast-paced, high-energy experience.

What You'll Do

  • Greet players and provide a full game briefing
  • Operate game sessions and support players during gameplay
  • Troubleshoot basic tech issues and escalate when needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service from entry to exit
  • Maintain a clean and safe venue environment
  • Work across both VR free-roam and VR escape room experiences
  • Assist with opening, closing, and general operations
