Working in conjunction with your General Manager, you will ensure care governance and quality compliance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.

How you will make an impact
- Drive the sustainability and growth of the home by ensuring accurate AN-ACC funding, effective care planning, and meaningful engagement with residents and the local community
- Lead all clinical services in alignment with Regis policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Champion the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and uphold professional clinical practice across the team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and supporting initiatives across clinical and lifestyle services
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all clinical documentation, care records, and resident health files
- Coordinate and support scheduled audits, ensuring clinical indicators are tracked and reported in line with organisational requirements
- Maintain up-to-date and relevant clinical documentation to support safe and effective care delivery
- Oversee medication management practices, ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines and regular monitoring for safety and compliance
What you will bring to the role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognised equivalency
- Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
- Previous senior clinical care experience in the health sector with clinical experience in aged care
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
- Sound understanding of care assessment in the Aged Care Sector and use of AN-ACC
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a wide range of IT applications
