About The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced
Executive Assistant to Director of Paediatrics and Staff Specialists
to join us in this critical role to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the outreach and Wagga Wagga general paediatric clinic.

As The Executive Assistant, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings for the Director and Staff Specialists
  • Preparing committee agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Handling incoming communications and ensuring timely responses and workflow continuity.
  • Providing secretariat support to meetings and acting as a key liaison across teams.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar executive support role within the public or private sector
  • High-level organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and initiative
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
