Due to ongoing growth, we're seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Store Person to join our team at Wetherill Park.

This role would suit someone with a background in the automotive refinishing, accessories, or spare parts industry, who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and providing exceptional customer service.

You'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth and professional operation of our warehouse—ensuring customers receive their orders correctly and on time, and that inventory is always organised and well managed.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide a high level of customer service in person, over the phone, and electronically.


• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.


• Receive and check incoming stock, ensuring accurate data entry and correct bin locations.


• Manage backorders and maintain accurate warehouse records.


• Operate forklifts to safely unload and move stock within the warehouse.


• Coordinate freight bookings and ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods procedures.


• Participate in inventory counts and spot checks to maintain stock accuracy.


• Assist with loading and delivering goods in a safe and timely manner.


• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional work environment.

About You

You're reliable, motivated, and take pride in doing things properly. You enjoy working as part of a team but can also work independently to get the job done right.

To be successful, you'll need:


• Proven warehouse operations experience.


• Background in automotive refinishing, accessories, or spare parts (highly regarded).


• Sound WH&S knowledge.


• Current NSW driver's licence with a clean record.


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.


• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.


• Positive "can-do" attitude and flexible approach to daily tasks.


• Neat, tidy, and professional presentation.

Desirable (but not essential):


• First Aid certification
