Here is a bit about us

We are a Boutique Nursing Agency that specializes in aged care. We originally provided staff to aged care facilities in South-East Melbourne, but now we are growing wider all around Melbourne We also provide COVID contracts to support our valued clients through the pandemic.

How do we work?

Basically, after applying and having a successful interview, you straight away have access to our secret club app that you will download. In this app, you will update your availability and be able to find shifts with flexible hours that suit you and your lifestyle.

Do we sound too good to be true? Thanks, we've been told that before But what we need from you first:

  • APHRA (e.g Diploma or Bachelor) or Individual Support, Age care or Disability IV certificate
  • Current 2025 Influenza Flu vaccination evidence
  • Current National Police Check (not older than 2 years)
  • NDIS screening card or Working With Children's Check (ideal)
  • Current driver's license/reliable source of transport
  • Wonderful people skills- can build rapport easily with facilities and their residents while representing CBNA
