About The Role
Be part of a respected Personal Injury firm in Melbourne's South-Eastern suburbs, providing support to senior lawyers, overseeing files, coordinating with clients and external parties, and preparing essential legal documents. Known for its integrity and client-first approach, the firm is highly regarded in Personal Injury law.

Key Duties
- Oversee all aspects of personal injury files from start to finish
- Prepare and review court documents, client correspondence, and legal briefs
- Gather and organise evidence, assisting with negotiations and settlements
- Ensure files are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with court deadlines
- Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to improve processes
- Provide support on additional tasks as needed to help the team
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in plaintiff Personal Injury Law
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to navigate technology with ease
- Skilled at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
