The Role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, support staff, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, with a mix of people leadership and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations (front and back-of-house)
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent service and food quality
• Handle staff rostering, training, and performance
• Oversee cash handling, daily banking and reconciliations
• Visit the bank for deposits and change as needed
• Maintain and update daily business spreadsheets and tracking systems
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and food handling standards are always met
• Monitor and manage stock levels and supplier orders
• Assist in running promotions and engaging with the local community
• Report directly to the owner and contribute to growth plans

About You

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Comfortable with basic spreadsheets, reconciliations, and bank runs
• High attention to detail and reliability with money handling
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating roster
• Positive attitude and a genuine love for team culture and customer service
• Bonus if you've worked in Pizza Hut or other QSR brands
