About the Opportunity
As Human Resources Case Manager in our People & Culture team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through the effective management and reporting of conduct and performance matters. You'll coordinate case files, prepare documentation, and support complex and sensitive investigations in line with New South Wales Health policies.
You'll provide timely, accurate advice to managers, ensure consistent and compliant processes, and contribute to training and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Human Resources Operational Lead, this role plays a key part in promoting fair, ethical, and professional workplace practices across eHealth NSW.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of conduct, performance, and attendance cases, ensuring matters are handled efficiently, fairly, and in line with NSW Health policy frameworks.
- Prepare and oversee accurate case documentation, correspondence, and reporting to support timely and compliant case progression.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting, and workplace conduct practices through analysis of case trends and emerging issues.
- Collaborate with managers and HR partners to deliver training, build capability, and promote a consistent, customer-focused approach to conduct management.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in public sector investigations, human resources/industrial relations or related field including demonstrated experience in conducting and managing a caseload of conduct matters across a range of stakeholders, and to provide accurate briefings, submissions, reports and advice within agreed timeframes.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and conceptual skills, problem solving and innovative thinking relating to assessment, review or investigation regarding employee conduct, and the ability to formulate.
