This role is perfect for self-motivated trainers who not only know how to coach an epic HIIT session, but also want to grow the studio, support our members, and keep the good vibes rolling.

15–20 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturday and/or Sunday mornings.
What We're Looking For- Previous PT or group training experience
- Incredible communication and people skills
- A "can-do" attitude with a passion for health and fitness
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Fun, friendly, and personable (no drill sergeants here – we want smiles with the sweat)
- Minimum Cert III in Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid + CPR
- Cert IV / Exercise Science / Sports Management degree (desirable)
- Fitness Registration (desirable)
