At F45 Geelong West, we're more than just a gym – we're a fitness family. Our goal is simple: deliver the best group training experience in Geelong.

This role is perfect for self-motivated trainers who not only know how to coach an epic HIIT session, but also want to grow the studio, support our members, and keep the good vibes rolling.

Your Role
  • Coach high-energy F45 group sessions that leave members buzzing
  • Build strong relationships and keep our members coming back for more
  • Be a motivator, energizer, and all-round fitness legend inside and outside class
  • Support studio growth through sales, retention, and community-building
  • Get involved in local marketing and promotions to spread the word
Hours

15–20 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturday and/or Sunday mornings.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous PT or group training experience
  • Incredible communication and people skills
  • A "can-do" attitude with a passion for health and fitness
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Fun, friendly, and personable (no drill sergeants here – we want smiles with the sweat)
Qualifications
  • Minimum Cert III in Fitness
  • Current Senior First Aid + CPR
  • Cert IV / Exercise Science / Sports Management degree (desirable)
  • Fitness Registration (desirable)
