About the role

This is an amazing opportunity to work in a Brand New High rise facility in the heart of Cleveland on the bayside of Brisbane's eastern suburbs.  Estia Health Residential Aged Care provides purpose built accommodation in a "home like" environment for its residents.  In order to ensure that this beautiful new building and its facilities are maintained we have an opportunity for a full time permanent Maintenance Officer to join the team.

In this role you will:

  • Bring your broad range of handyman and maintenance skills
  • Use your can-do, collaborative approach to ensure the presentation of the home is of the highest standard
  • Enjoy the variety of working both inside and outside, the challenge of a multitude of different tasks and the opportunity of getting to know residents as you support them with their maintenance requirements
  • Have good attention to detail, the ability to co-ordinate the maintenance program and excellent record keeping in this interesting role where your general handy skills are highly valued
