  • Provide face-to-face and remote technical support to company employees. Build effective relationships with end users.

  • Troubleshoot common hardware, enterprise software and network issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

  • Image laptops with Standard Operating Environment image using USB and set up new joiners' PC via Microsoft Intune.

  • New joiners' orientation and induction training.

  • Manage office printer/scanner, and meeting rooms audio/visual equipment. Fault resolution and call escalation to internal team and/or vendor.

  • Utilize ServiceNow platform to manage and maintain all IT assets in the asset management register. Record and track all asset allocation and de-allocation activities. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Assist in IT hardware assets lifecycle activities for all corporate laptops/desktops like hardware procurement, secure disposal and equipment replacement by liaising with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

  • Perform office housekeeping and administration, if necessary.

Skill and experience

  • Experience in customer service/IT support or similar role.

  • Good understanding of Windows operating system, Microsoft 365 environment, ITIL framework.

  • Basic networking knowledge.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
