About the Role – Direct Support Positions

As a Direct Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services under NDIS guidelines, ensuring that those we support receive the best care possible.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide individualised support for clients

  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with the people we support

  • Assist with daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration

  • Facilitate community inclusion by supporting access to activities, venues, and services

  • Encourage skill-building and new experiences that enhance independence

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for inclusion and supporting people with disabilities

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite

  • A current driver's licence and NDIS Worker Screening check

Your Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability, or Business Administration

  • Experience in the community services sector

  • Strong understanding of National Disability Service Standards (NDIS)
