We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated full time **Assistant Supervisor / Shift Supervisor** to join our team at Flour Water Salt Café. You'll work closely with the Café Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the café while delivering exceptional food, service, and a welcoming customer experience.

Cafe is open Tuesday-Saturday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **High level of Customer Experience & Customer Service**:

- **Lead, motivate, and support the team**:

- **Operations**: Oversee daily café operations
- **Compliance**: Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
- **Staff Supervision**: Manage staff breaks, delegate tasks, and provide support and feedback during shifts. Supervise the team in the absence of the Café Manager.
- **Training & Communication**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Hospitality experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Pro-active personality
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A positive and approachable personality with a passion for customer service.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
- Strong barista experience essential
