Formstruct is a Western Australian Owned company, we specialise in design, construct building, civil, structural steel, earthmoving, and concrete construction within the Pilbara region.

We are currently seeking a highly experience and qualified Mechanic to be based out of our Tom Price Yard. This role will be residential. Accommodation will be provided in Tom Price. 12 hour shifts, Day shift only. Wages pending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing, Repairs and Diagnosing on various plant and equipment ranging from light vehicles, trucks and all earthmoving plant such as excavators, loaders etc.
  • Identifying and rectifying faults during inspections
  • Coordinate job schedules and daily mechanical works including sourcing and ordering parts from suppliers.
  • Assist colleagues with technical knowledge and ensure high standard of workmanship is maintained

Skills & Experience

  • Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
  • Previous experience working in mining/construction industries
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues with vehicles & heavy vehicles/machinery
  • Able to Pass Medical & DNA Test
  • Hold a Current HR driver's licence (advantageous)
  • HRWL – Forklift (advantageous)
