Your Role at a Glance:

You'll be the driving force behind daily operations, team leadership, and the overall guest experience. With a proactive, people-first approach, you'll work across all departments — dining, bar, events and gaming — to ensure the venue runs like a well-oiled (and high-energy) machine.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the guest journey — lead service initiatives that delight patrons and inspire your team to go above and beyond.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations, team presentation, service standards and compliance across all trading areas.
  • Manage team performance, onboarding, and training — create a culture of growth, ownership, and accountability.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service and a united guest experience.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and upselling strategies that boost engagement and drive revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and all regulatory standards.
  • Proactively monitor forecasts and staffing needs — balance efficiency with service excellence.
  • Portfolio may include bar, restaurant or events.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

2+ years' management experience in a busy bar, restaurant or hospitality venue

Proven ability to lead a team and create an energetic, service-driven culture

A natural problem solver and motivator who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments

Passion for hospitality — you genuinely love what you do

Confidence in delivering great service, supporting rosters, and upholding RSA, WHS, and venue standards

Previous experience in RCG and gaming venues is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker — we're happy to train the right candidate

RSA & RCG certifications are required, but if you don't have them yet, they must be obtained before your start date
