About the role
We are seeking a Program Manager to be responsible role in defining, documenting, and executing small projects or sub-projects to achieve business objectives. You will work alone or with a small team, actively participating in all phases of the project lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. helping clients improve their security defenses.
Deliverables

Management of program activities for the outcomes as defined. Mature program management services encompassing (but not limited to) Risk and Issue Management, Stakeholder Management, Schedule Management, Budget Management, Resource Management, Performance Tracking, Program Governance and Quality Management

Delivery of initiatives in line with the defined key deliverables. The allocated timeslot for the defined outcomes from between July 2025 to December 2025.

Management of team members through the delivery lifecycle. The defined key deliverables of the program follows the standard project delivery lifecycle with relevant internal and external subject matter experts already engaged.
Responsibilities throughout engagement.

Scheduling Prepare, monitor, and manage Schedule to support delivery of in scope initiatives

Program Budget Create, monitor, and manage month-to-month financials including rephasing the approved budget for TSP for FY25-26 and development of the FY26 to FY28 program and BAU budget in line with the financial management processes.

Resourcing and Procurement - Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to identify the procurement needs for the program, including goods, services, and resources necessary to achieve program objectives in line with employer's resourcing and financial management processes.

Report and Update Presentation of regular updates on program progress

Support - Team management and resource management including the PDP cycles.
