What you'll experience:
- One-month induction to get you industry-ready.
- Three-month workshop rotation through Procurement, Warehouse, Steel Processing, Paint, Fabrication, and Assembly.
- Eight-month engineering rotation across Design and Production.
- Advanced training and workshops in leadership, technical skills, and professional development.
- The chance to leave your mark on projects that drive business outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Great communication and teamwork abilities.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
- A commitment to safety and quality.
Bonus points if you have:
- Internship or work experience in engineering/manufacturing.
- CAD software skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
