Are you ready to put your engineering degree into action, build real-world skills, and shape the future of the transport equipment industry? Our Graduate Program is designed to give you hands-on experience, professional growth, and a clear pathway to becoming the engineer you want to be.

• 24-month development journey rotating through all key departments – from Procurement and Fabrication to Design and Production.

What you'll experience:

• One-month induction to get you industry-ready.
• Three-month workshop rotation through Procurement, Warehouse, Steel Processing, Paint, Fabrication, and Assembly.
• Eight-month engineering rotation across Design and Production.
• Advanced training and workshops in leadership, technical skills, and professional development.
• The chance to leave your mark on projects that drive business outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication and teamwork abilities.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
• A commitment to safety and quality.

Bonus points if you have:

• Internship or work experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• CAD software skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
