We are seeking a
Drone Spraying Pilot
to join our Orange-based team for the upcoming operational season.

About the Role

This role involves operating our fleet of
DJI Agras T50 spraying drones
and supporting ground operations across a wide range of forestry, agriculture, environmental and commercial spraying projects.

You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver precise and safe aerial application services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate DJI Agras T50 spray drones for herbicide application, mapping and targeted operations
• Conduct pre-flight checks, safety assessments and mission planning
• Assist ground crew with mixing, loading and refilling systems
• Maintain accurate spray logs, flight data and compliance records
• Work across a variety of locations throughout the Orange/Bathurst region and beyond
• Represent Rencon Air & Land professionally with clients, contractors and landholders

Requirements

• Current
  Remote Pilot Licence (RePL)
• Experience with DJI Agras (T40/T50 preferred but not essential — training provided)
• Strong understanding of safety, risk assessment and compliance
• Comfortable working outdoors in remote locations
• Full driver's licence (Manual 4WD experience highly regarded)
• ChemCert or AQF3 (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required
• Physically fit and able to handle onsite operational tasks

Desirable Skills

• Forestry or land-management experience
• Background in agriculture, spraying, or environmental services
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to assist with equipment maintenance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
