Darwin BMW and Subaru Darwin are seeking a highly motivated and professional Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our team in Darwin. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Salesperson looking to take the next step in their career, or for an established Sales Manager seeking an exciting opportunity with a prestige automotive brand.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and leading by example in promoting the premium quality and reputation of our brand. With a focus on exceeding sales targets and nurturing strong customer relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in the ongoing success and growth of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive vehicle sales while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and mentoring to sales consultants.
  • Work closely with dealership management to ensure operational and financial goals are met.
  • Maintain compliance with all brands, dealership, and industry standards.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in automotive sales, preferably in a prestige or premium brand environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to work to and exceed sales targets.
  • Current NT driver's license.
