Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP BTP technical architect with strong and deep technical expertise with hands-on experience in BTP Development like Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM)/MDK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the existing applications in the SAP BTP platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.

You will play a crucial role in understanding the current client landscape, design and architecture and identifying improvements delivering end-to-end solutions that meet the requirements.

Become a partnership (not transitional relationship): enter a partnership arrangement with client aligned with their values and provide innovative solutions to focus on the end-goals of the enablement of process refinement, cost savings and automation.

Should effectively lead and drive BTP initiatives for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support scalable, modular, and cloud-native applications using CAPM with , Java, and SQL.
• Consultants should be able to provide strategic direction and delivery of related architecture, design, and implementation of SAP BTP based solutions.
• Support SAP BTP related activities mainly CAPM, Build work zone, Mobile start, MDK.
• Bring in more work in BTP space which is in pipeline.
• Guide development teams, enforce best practices, and collaborate across SAP modules. Aligning to clean core principles.
• Architecture Governance: Define standards, best practices, and development guidelines for SAP BTP projects.
• Performance & Security: Conduct technical reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform design and code reviews, unit testing, and support integration and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and SAP BTP innovations.
• Understanding of broader spectrum of SAP and able to work across functional support areas to tune SAP Applications for optimal performance.
• Upskilling the internal team with technical skills and mentoring and guiding them to deliver their work.
• Develop and deliver training materials for the support team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP development, with at least 2 years on CAPM.
• Strong understanding of overall SAP principles and practices as per SAP clean core.
• Mix of advisory plus hands on requirement.
• Experience with Fiori/UI5 development and integration.
• Good knowledge and experience in one or more functional modules like SD, MM, FICO, EAM, PS, ISU etc.
• In depth knowledge and experience in Fiori, BTP and integration with 3rd parties.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate – CAPM

SAP Certified Professional – Solution Architect – SAP BTP) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multiverse and has knowledge around every development technology from Cloud application programming, Full Stack Application development, FIORI development and JavaScripting.
• A good BTP developer will be someone from Concept to Code.
