The Role

Due to rapid growth and exciting new projects, Innov8tive Services is seeking an experienced Electronic Security Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology, a dedication to delivering top-tier service, and a proactive attitude.

You will work across various commercial environments, including councils, education, and commercial spaces, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electronic security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and commissioning of intruder systems, access control, IP CCTV, and intercom systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Document site works, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
• Uphold high standards of safety and quality in all tasks.

About You

• Eligibility: Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain security clearances if required.
• Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to install, service, and fault-find across multiple security platforms.
• Knowledge: Proficient in IP CCTV installation, networking, and various security platforms, including but not limited to Integriti, Bosch, NX Witness and Milestone.
• Qualifications: Current VIC Security Licence, driver's licence, and Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card).

• Other Requirements:

• EWP Licence (preferred).

• Knowledge of ICT networking and fault identification.
