Morphett Vale, South Australia The Smiling Orthodontist Full time $21,000 - $32,000 per year

The Smiling Orthodontist is looking for an additional casual team member The successful candidate will work with our orthodontist across our clinics at Morphett Vale, Aberfoyle Hub and Mt Barker. You will also be required to accompany the orthodontist to see our patients in the Riverland once every 6 to 8 weeks.

The role will involve:

· Chairside assisting

· Intra oral scanning / photos

· Cleaning / maintaining the practice

· Sterilising instruments and equipment

Hours and Remuneration:

  • Casual – shifts will vary week to week

  • Hourly rate $21 - $32 per hour - determined by experience and skills (Junior rates apply)

  • Available to work Wednesdays and Fridays

  • Available to work in the Riverland once every 8 weeks (approx.) on a Thursday and Friday (overnight stay with travel, meals and accommodation included) - this is essential. 2025 Riverland visit dates: Thurs 7th and Fri 8th August, Thurs 18th and Fri 19th September, Thurs 30th and Fri 31st October, Thurs 11th and Fri 12th December

About You:

  • A proven track record of punctuality and reliability

  • No experience required - we are happy to train the right person

  • Working With Children (WWC) Check – we are happy to assist in the application

  • Drivers License is essential

  • Friendly and positive attitude

  • Great attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong work ethic and good ability to multi-task

  • Team player

This position may be suitable for a University or TAFE student looking for casual work during study.
