3PC Workforce Optimisation is seeking reliable and motivated Pick Packers to join our team at a major distribution centre located in Eastern Creek. These roles offer consistent hours, supportive leadership, and opportunities for long-term employment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Voice picking, RF scanning and pallet preparation
  • Working in Freezer, Chiller or Ambient environments (allowances apply)
  • Stacking, wrapping and staging pallets
  • Meeting daily KPIs while maintaining safe work practices
  • Following site procedures and working as part of a team

What we're looking for:

  • Previous picking or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 15–20kg safely
  • Reliable transport and consistent availability
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork
