Based in Western Sydney, our client is a well-established 3PL provider offering long-term, stable opportunities within their Eastern Creek distribution centre.

We're seeking reliable, motivated, and experienced warehouse team members and forklift operators to join the team immediately. These roles offer consistent Monday–Friday work and the chance to be part of a supportive and growing logistics operation.


About the Role

Positions available across multiple warehouse functions:

  • Pick, Pack & Scanning
  • Inbound Handling
  • Forklift Operation (LF)

You'll be working in a traditional, fast-paced warehouse environment—handling stock, processing orders, and contributing to smooth daily operations.


What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment
  • Valid LF forklift licence (for forklift roles)
  • Experience with RF scanning and stock systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to lift and move products safely
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Shift Availability
  • Day and Afternoon Shifts (Monday–Friday)
  • Consistent weekly hours with opportunities for overtime

Pay Rates
  • Morning Pick Packer: $32.71 per hour
  • Afternoon Pick Packer: $36.64 per hour
  • Morning Forklift: $33.38 per hour
  • Afternoon Forklift: $37.38 per hour
  • Weekly pay, with overtime and penalties where applicable
