About the role
We are seeking an experienced mechanic/technician to join our team at Sunraysia Marine in Mildura, Victoria, as a full-time Marine Technician. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and servicing of a variety of marine vessels and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and hands-on environment, servicing and supporting our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
- Diagnose, repair and service a range of marine engines, boats, PWCs and related equipment
- Perform regular maintenance checks and preventative maintenance on marine engines, boats and PWCs
- Installation of new outboards, controls, gauges, electronics and accessories
- Test and commission new and repaired equipment to ensure optimal performance
What we're looking for
- Relevant experience in marine mechanics or a related field
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
