Working under the supervision of a qualified Cummins Technician, you will learn everything that comes with the diagnosis and repair of Cummins engines and products.

- Complete off-the-job TAFE/Registered Training Organization study.
- Receive structured on-the-job training under the supervision of Regional Capability Trainers and qualified technicians and supervisors in your workshop.
- Gain experience working on a range of Cummins engine products.
- Improve your technical expertise by completing a range of engine product training with Cummins Technical Trainers as you progress through your apprenticeship.
- Undergo a Certificate III trade qualification while developing practical skills in diagnosing and repairing Cummins engines and products.
- Participate in on-the-job training and off-the-job study to earn the Certificate III trade qualification.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support workshop operations and safety.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- A passion for working with our products and in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent language, literacy, and numeracy skills.
- Right to work in Australia; willingness to work across regional areas and rotate through different departments to gain experience on automotive, industrial, marine, and mining engine products as you progress through your apprenticeship.
- Preference to have completed year 12 or equivalent.
- A strong focus on safety and wellbeing that will lead to a successful career at Cummins.
- Willingness to embrace diversity and make Cummins a great place to work.
