Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant

Join a Brand-New, State-of-the-Art Dental Practice – Opening 3 November in Stanmore NSW 2048

We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new dental practice, equipped with modern facilities and the latest technology, and we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a growing practice from day one. We are seeking someone who can confidently manage front desk responsibilities while also assisting chairside when required. The role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to patient care.

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Excellent communication skills and professional correspondence abilities

2. Previous experience in the dental field (reception and/or chairside assistance) is highly advantageous

3. Friendly, approachable, and professional manner with patients and team members

4. Strong commitment to a long-term role and building rapport with our patients

5. Experience with Dentally software highly regarded

6. Chairside assistance skills in all aspects of dentistry (advantage)
