We are looking for a motivated person to help run and manage our growing hire and transport business.

Applicants should have customer service experience to effectively interact with clients and handle business operations.

We need a positive person whom has good problem solving skills and able to confidently navigate phone calls and bookings with customers along with invoicing and other basic computer based tasks.

Intermediate software skills are required for managing invoicing systems and booking platforms effectively.

Hours are 7am - 5pm mon to fri.

Applicants will be helping in all aspects of the business including but not limited to;

-Greeting customers for pick ups and drop offs.

-Cleaning and greasing and fuelling machinery as it returns, ready for next customers.

-Scheduling of transport trucks picking up, delivering and floating others machinery etc.

-Floating machinery (truck driving) as our 2nd or 3rd driver for our machinery to get to and from site.

Heavy rigid (HR) truck licence is required for floating machinery and transporting equipment to job sites.

-Basic mechanical skills an advantage, eg. change oils and filters etc

-Making sure services are up to date along with current induction paperwork etc.

-Some weekend work (extra pay comes with this)
