What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing finance and insurance solutions to customers with a focus on transparency and trust
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to maximise finance and insurance penetration
  • Managing relationships with lenders, insurers, and finance partners
  • Ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory and company standards
  • Training and supporting sales staff to identify F&I opportunities
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Finance & Insurance Business Manager in the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, lender requirements, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value
  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
