Admin Officer/Coordinator

Your Role:

Whether it is the warmth in your voice as you answer a phone call, your swift and reliable response to requests, or helping a somone with a simple need. As the heartbeat of our team and the support to our care givers, your commitment and passion will add to the loving care that empowers our participants to have choice Over their care.

You will be working from our office located in Nowra on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.

You will have a 3 months probation period and can choose to extended probation or change to permanent employment.

What do we need from you?

  • Have proven experience in Office Administration and outstanding organisational skills.
  • Be an excellent communicator with great standards of customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Be competent with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and scheduling programs shiftcare or similar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,339.26 – $72,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
