ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking candidates who are keen to learn, be a part of a team and most of all be reliable, driven and hardworking. Our projects are long term and we require people who are seeking consistent work and are invested in their own development.

This position is within our Civil Construction Division. We work with major Australian Companies within the Civil and Building and Constructions Industries. We offer industry-leading pay rates, ongoing roles, and project-based work with a strong focus on your safety.

Our available positions are based in Sydney, Western Sydney and South Western Sydney, where you would be assisting our client across numerous large infrastructure projects. To be a successful applicant you must posses the following skills and experience:

  • Spreading, levelling compacting materials
  • Carrying out concrete works
  • Jackhammering
  • Installing road barriers and signs
  • Setting up and reading lasers and levels
  • Civil Construction experience is a must
  • Dewatering
  • Spotting machinery
  • Safety awareness

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in a similar role, your previous work history will show several years experience working within the Civil Construction industry. You will be available Monday - Friday with some OT work on a Saturday required, you will be reliable, hardworking and have a strong understanding of your safety responsibilities onsite. You will also possess the following skills and licences:

  • OHS Construction card
  • 5 years experience in civil construction, bulk earthworks
  • Excavator, Skid Steer, Bobcat, Roller, Dump VOC & SOA - preferable
  • Current Driver's licence with own reliable transport
  • Must have a good work ethic and be a team player
  • Must be able to pass a random drug and Alcohol test
