Position Overview
We are excited to announce the opening of our
brand-new Tallawong centre in
September
, catering for 78 children across three purpose-built rooms. This is a rare opportunity to establish a new service from the ground up shaping its culture, programs, and community connections from day one. You'll be supported by a passionate team and the wider Mini Masterminds network as you bring this vision to life.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance and excellence in quality standards.
  • Develop and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs that support children's development and ignite their curiosity.
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for every child.
  • Build strong relationships with families and the local community, promoting engagement and trust.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Director in a service with at least 50 licensed places.
  • Current paid Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and a National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).
  • In-depth knowledge of childcare regulations, compliance requirements, and the National Quality Standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
