• Take ownership of key mining accounts across WA, including major clients like FMG, acting as their primary point of contact across multiple sites. You'll focus on maintaining strong relationships, understanding operational challenges, and ensuring every interaction adds value.

• Become a trusted advisor on site by uncovering client pain points and translating them into tailored product or service solutions. You won't need to be an engineer — you'll have the technical team behind you — but you'll need the curiosity to ask great questions and connect the dots.

• Partner closely with internal teams including engineering, service, and operations to coordinate new product concepts, site trials, and improvement projects. You'll be the link that turns client needs into real-world outcomes.

• Enjoy a mix of office and site time, typically spending one to two weeks each month travelling across WA's mining regions. Whether attending shutdowns, presenting solutions, or catching up over a coffee on site, you'll stay connected to your customers where it matters most.

Extra Detail

Location - This role can be located anywhere in WA but ideally you will be either close to the goldfield sites OR Belmont.

Salary- The base salary for this role is somewhat open but will be in the $100s. If your salary expectation is above this, please let us know as we may have other roles that are more aligned
