About Us:
L & D Earthmoving Ltd is Brisbane's longest standing earthmoving company operating and servicing Southeast Corner of Queensland for over 70 years.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via a shared platform.
With a fleet of machinery, L & D Earthmoving can service all types of earthmoving activities including, but not limited to Road & Rail, Maintenance, Property Development, Commercial & Residential Constructions, Plumbing, Electrical, Council works and Landscaping.
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced machinery allocator.
The Role will be alternating shifts from 9am to 5pm, 8am to 4pm and 6am to 2pm and the option of operating after hours with allowances. Flexible with how it suits with your day-to-day life.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Intermediate to advanced Computer skills essential with experience in Office Suite and Allocation software preferred
- Daily Allocation of plant hire
- Customer Service required by answering phone calls and enquiries within a timely manner and allocating plant/machinery as required
- Work with and complete Sign up of Customers and Sub-contractors
- Provide timely estimation of prices, delivery to site and product information
- General administrative duties to be completed on a day-to-day basis
- Communicate and liaise with the Team, Operators, Shareholders and Directors
- Must be reliable, punctual and hold a "Can do" attitude
- Have a respectful and professional manner
- Be willing to work within a team environment and able to work unattended.
