About the Role

As a Kitchen Steward, you'll be one of the unsung heroes of the kitchen – keeping everything clean, running smoothly, and helping where needed. From washing up and tidying benches to mopping floors and assisting with basic food prep, your role keeps the wheels turning so chefs can focus on cooking. You'll work across multiple outlets and get to know a wide team of chefs, stewards, and front-of-house staff. If you take pride in doing a good job, don't mind rolling up your sleeves, and love being part of a team that backs each other – this job's for you. What You'll Be Doing

• Washing and sanitising dishes, pots, and pans (we've got great machines, but some elbow grease is still needed)
• Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy – benches wiped, floors mopped, bins emptied
• Helping with basic food prep when needed
• Making sure clean equipment is ready and where it needs to be
• Handling cleaning chemicals safely and following kitchen hygiene practices
• Supporting the chefs and your fellow stewards – because we're all in it together

What We're Looking For

• Kitchen or stewarding experience is great – but not essential if you're reliable and ready to learn
• You know how important cleanliness and hygiene are in a kitchen
• You're a team player – reliable, respectful, and not afraid to jump in and help
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• You take direction well and want to improve every shift
• You've got a positive attitude and understand what it means to work hard in a kitchen environment

You'll Need

• A valid Driver Licence
• Experience with cleaning chemicals and kitchen safety is helpful
